Upon beginning painting windows full payment required upfront to begin.
If any specific colors are requested that Val's Designz does not own the new supply will be added to your receipt and you will be informed before added to receipt.
Design Changes:
Once design has been completed and painted as client wants and later (no more than a week) client wants a small change there is a $30 fee.
